increased skin longevity 101-

life has been showing me recently that i need to reevaluate the basics. skin care seems like a good place to start. im a user/abuser. fully erect my epidermis stands at 5'11". im looking to take better care of it.

what i know-
sun protection
vitamin E
drinking water

i feel great in my own skin but I want others to feel great on it too. plug your products and wisdom. go.

You can take a hot bath with a few tea bags of green tea in there
Makes my skin glow after
You may smell though afterwards

To add to your list (everything you listed is quite important):

- Fish oil supplements (spend money on a good one, such as the triple strength fish oil from GNC.) Not only does it have higher amounts of the EPA and DHA that you need, but it is purified of all the contaminants found in cheaper fish oil supplements (mercury, cadmium, etc.) As a bonus, this purification prevents "fishy burps" that people get with cheaper supplements.

- A "Hair, Skin, and Nails" Supplement (This is the one I use - http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3921983&CAWELAID=456213461) can really make a difference. I noticed a huge difference in my skin and complexion after taking this for a while.

- Some kind of lotion/moisturizer for all of your skin. This was the hardest part for me, because I usually cannot stand lotion or anything like that, but I have gotten in the habit of doing it everyday and its actually quite nice. I use this one - http://www.burtsbees.com/natural-pr...urally-nourishing-milk-honey-body-lotion.html (its important to note that it really doesn't leave a residue on your skin, which was important to me. After it dries your skin feels normal (albeit much softer.)
